Deep Fryer info on cooking characteristics (12mm Frozen Chips)

As Tested by Cookon Commercial Catering Equipment at Stadium Australia

Oil temp 185C

Frozen chip temp –18C

1.75kg per basket

On immersion Temp drop to 169C

Cooking time 3-4 min

Lift out temp 171C

Drain time normally 3 mins

Temp should have recovered to start the process again.
